The six finalists have now been confirmed for the first Magners New Act of the Year Final. They are Llly Adefope (pictured), George Rigden and Ingrid Dahle, who qualifed via the final qualifying heat in Bristol. They are now joined by three more acts who qualified via a public online vote after their clips were posted on YouTube. They are Sophie Willan, Chris Washington and Benji Waterstones.

The final takes place at 9.15pm on Sunday, September 20, as part of the Greenwich Comedy Festival. The winner will take away a £1000 cash prize, a review by a comedy critic and invaluable recognition from the industry. Tickets are free and can be applied for in advance here.
