Voting is now open for the Edinburgh Poster Award 2016.

Last year there were 402 entries and over 30,000 votes cast in the public vote category. Tom Parry's poster (pictured) was chosen as winner by the judges panel, while Michael Stranney & Olaf Falafel won the public vote.

Both winners this year will receive £1500. The Panel Prize will be selected by Shelly Fox, Managing Director of sponsors Suite TV plus a panel of comedy industry professionals. The poster will be selected for its innovation, creativity and drive to see the show behind the poster itself.

Closing date for the public vote is midnight on August 12. The winners will be announced at a show at the Gilded Balloon on August 14 at 11.30pm hosted by Sam Simmons.
