600 vines by playful, provocative Glaswegian comedian Limmy, aka Brian Limond, are to be screened in one evening as part of the forthcoming London Short Film Festival 2017, which runs from 6th-15th January. After the screening there will be an onstage Q&A with fellow Scot Armando Iannucci.
The screening will take place at Picturehouse Central on January 12 and will be part of the festival's comedy strand's look at the rise of social media culture. This year’s festival mantra comes from Huggy Bear’s 1992 single Her Jazz. The song’s ethos ‘this is happening without your permission’ has been embraced by the festival, which will show a huge wealth of diverse and challenging content.
