News: Free Tickets Available For BBC Funny Festival Stand Up Shows Including Jason Manford, Sara Pascoe, Jo Brand, Darren Harriott

Jason Manford to Host The National Lottery's Big Night of Musicals

Filming takes place next week for a new stand-up series for BBC Two.

The line-ups feature headliners and three new comedians each night. The bills include Jason Manford, Jo Brand, Sara Pascoe, Darren Harriott, Dane Baptiste, Kiri Pritchard-McLean, Joanne McNally, Chris McCausland, Rachel Fairburn, Judi Love, Zoe Lyons, Catherine Bohart and Nabil Abdulrashid, with more names to be announced

Performances will take place over five consecutive nights from a Covid-safe London location.

Tickets for these recordings are limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

You can apply for a maximum of one ticket per recording.

Successful applicants will be invited to watch and listen to the live recordings using Zoom.

In order for the BBC to be able to record your reactions throughout, you will also be given access to their Virtual Audience Recording system, which will need to be opened in an up-to-date version of Google Chrome on a PC or Mac (tablets and phones are not currently supported). You will be able to hear reaction from all other audience members live, to recreate the feeling that you’re part of a live audience, Audience members will be encouraged to react in the same way you would in a theatre - laugh, applaud and react whenever you want to.
