Comedian and actor Aisling Bea is one of the guests on The Jonathan Ross Show this Saturday.
Bea is also set to make her debut on Have I Got New For You on BBC One on June as host of the long-running satirical quiz show. We hope this means that her acclaimed comedy, This Way Up, will be returning for a second series soon. We already know that a second series with Sharon Horgan has been filmed.
On The Graham Norton Show earlier this year she said: "We’ve only just finished it so I can’t tell you much just in case we forgot to press ‘record’! It will hopefully be out sometime this year.”
Revealing her antidote to recording comedy all day was to binge watch Line of Duty, she says, “I actually started talking like Adrian Dunbar!”
Bea will apparently also be showing off her legendary mime skills on The Jonathan Ross Show.
Bea recently joked on Twitter: "Ha, remember when you used to have to ASK someone to take your photo, when actually the person who could take your photo was actually you the whole time. These young people don't even know how much time they're saving with that hack."
Also if you were wondering where she got her clothes, shoes and and who did her hair and make-up she posted this on Instagram: "My shimmering silver dress was by @thevampireswife borrowed from the gorgeous team @hurr. Mentioned them before because well, they’re brilliant. An online rental platform for clothes & accessories & then my shoes are my classic old pair from @rupertsanderson.
Also, an old favourite of mine was the @monicavinader bracelet I wore which is made from 100% recycled sterling silver & my lovely earrings are from @twistedvintagejewellery who redesign vintage pieces to give them a modern twist. AND ARE VERY ECO AND BUDGET FRIENDLY.
My locks were done by the talented @naradkutowaroo & make up by the delightful @ewtmakeup."
The other guests are children's author and BGT judge David Walliams, BBC Sound of 2021 nominee Bree Runway and music icon Noel Gallagher, who will be chatting about the return of live music and what he has been up to during lockdown and the pandemic and performing in the studio.
Didn't David Walliams buy Noel Gallagher's Supernova Heights house in Camden/Chalk Farm?
Walliams reveals that he is writing sketches with Matt Lucas for a possible new TV series. Little Britain 2 anyone?
