The line-up has been revealed for the next series of Taskmaster following the second Champion of Champions edition* (spoiler at bottom of article so don't read on if you haven't watched yet).

The next five contestants are Dara O Briain, Fern Brady, Munya Chawawa, John Kearns and Sarah Mlllican.

And of course Greg Davies and Alex Horne will be back to present it.

It is hard to predict who will triumph as all are interesting, intriguing additions to the Taskmaster roster.

Dara O Briain ticks the Brilliant Old Person box in the tradition of Alan Davies, David Baddiel and Jo Brand.

Fern Brady has recently talked about being diagnosed as autistic. After the line-up was announced Brady tweeted: "I guess you guys incessantly tweeting my name to the Taskmaster account paid off."

John Kearns is the only comedian ever to win the Edniburgh Best Newcomer Award and then the Award for Best Show a year later.

Munya Chawawa has regularly gone viral with his rapid response satirical clips.

Sarah Millican is simply one of the funniest stand-ups to grace the stage in recent years.

The series has already been filmed.
