Mental Health Support At The Edinburgh Fringe
The Laughing Horse Free Festival, thanks to support from the Fringe Resilience Fund, will be running a mental health support programme for performers and anyone else working at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe to help keep everyone who needs it mentally healthy this Fringe.
** AND THIS IS OPEN TO ANYBODY FROM ANY VENUE AT THE FRINGE **

Hub of Hope
Hub of Hope (www.hubofhope.co.uk) is the UKs biggest mental health database, with information available via their website or app, and it uses the Geo-location on your device to show what mental health support is near you as well as national support. Including local, charity and NHS support as well as being able to contact them via the app,
 
Pre-Fringe Mental health Training Zoom session
A mental health training session online for Fringe performers with 'Chasing the Stigma' on July the 21st, at 1pm (UK time) - this is run on zoom and you can join in here:

Mental health training and performers drop-in sessions during the Fringe
Please drop in for free mental health training and a space performers can drop in and have a chat during the Fringe - Every single Monday during the Fringe, 10.30am-11.30am in the Alcove room at Bar 50
All of this is open to anybody performing or working at the Fringe not just for Free Festival performers, so please spread the word if you know anybody who would find any of this helpful.
