Following a mammoth sellout tour 2019-22, Romesh Ranganathan’s standup special The Cynic will be available on Netflix from 29th November.

The special will be followed by a half-hour, semi-scripted comedy doc that will chart Romesh’s desire to create the ultimate Netflix finale in his home town of Crawley, and how it never quite happened. This will be the Fyre Festival of comedy finales, as his ambitions far outweigh what he is able to achieve. Both shows are made by Ranga Bee Productions.

Romesh Ranganathan is best known for The Misadventures of Romesh Ranganathan, The Ranganation, Rob & Romesh Vs, A League of Their Own and Avoidance, and is the host of The Weakest Link and his own BBC Sounds and Radio 2 show For The Love of Hip Hop.

Ranga Bee Productions is an independent, award-winning comedy and entertainment production company, founded by double BAFTA-winning comedian Romesh Ranganathan and EMMY-winning executive producer and director Benjamin Green, who met while making the BBC Three hit series Asian Provocateur.
