Daniel Sloss Releases Acclaimed Show X Online

Daniel Sloss has released his acclaimed stand-up show X online. It will be free to view via his website outside the territories HBO have licensed.

This follows the successful recent release of his show NOW, retitled SOCIO for worldwide online viewing here.

‘X’, which tackles the difficult subject of sexual assault, officially premiered at the 2018 Edinburgh Fringe and began what evolved into an extraordinary worldwide tour encompassing 17 months and 300 performances, including all over Europe, North America, Australia and in places as far reaching as an arena in Moscow and Hong Kong during the student protests... At its off-Broadway preview, HBO snapped up the USA and Canada rights to ‘X’ .

Sloss says of the latest release: "X’ is a show I want everyone to be able to access, no matter where they live or who they are. So I am releasing it for free outside the territories HBO have licensed for a few years to try and make that possible. I have wanted to release it world wide since filming it in 2019, but with a show like this comes responsibilities and I needed to do it in a way that it didn’t just blast into people’s feeds. Technology has moved on and I am now finally able to do it via my website. If you would like to donate something towards the underlying costs, you can. If you already watched it, please consider donating here or to a sexual assault charity local to you."

He filmed ‘X’ at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney on April 27, 2019.

Daniel Sloss is touring in 2023, dates here.
