BBC Radio 4 Extra is to rerun the classic cult Sean Lock comedy 15 Storeys High, which started out on radio and went on to be a BBC TV series.
The series was first broadcast in 1999 and as with the TV versions features Lock as a quirky loner living in his high rise council flat and getting into curious scrapes with the people around him in each episode.
Or as the BBC information says: "Crouched on his lonely perch like a smug hermit, Sean Lock hides in Flat 76, Elderberry House, Maydew Estate, trying to keep the world at bay.
The world, for some reason, does not want to play his game."
Tributes poured in when Lock sadly died in 2021.
The five-part comedy series was written by Sean Lock and Martin Trenaman and features Felix Dexter, Jenny Éclair, Tim Mitchell, Tracy-Ann Oberman and Peter Serafinowicz.
