Audible is to release a live stand-up comedy series, Mo Gilligan’s Spotlight, hosted by the triple BAFTA winning comedian himself and featuring some the UK’s most exciting comedic voices.
Recorded at iconic South London venue, Up the Creek Comedy Club, the six-episode series has been specially curated by Mo himself to showcase the currently under-represented and exceptional talent that British comedy has to offer, featuring headline names such as Eddie Kadi, Thanyia Moore and Kae Kurd.
The multi award winning Mo Gilligan also has a longstanding legacy of championing the UK’s most promising new wave stars. In Mo Gilligan’s Spotlight, Mo will also bring to the stage up-and-coming talent, with the full line-up to be revealed at the live shows.
The live events are taking place on 20th, 21st, 22nd, 27th and 29th of March with the podcast coming exclusively to Audible on 6th July 2023.

As well as the talent taking to the stage, the series has also taken care to elevate a range of diverse voices across production, with Mo Gilligan’s Spotlight being co-produced by Gilligan’s own BAFTA winning production company Momo G and Lucky 17, part of multi award-winning collective The UTC Group with Javan Miller serves as Series Producer.
