In 2019 Beth faced turning 40 head on and moved to a small village just outside the town she grew up in. She imagined she’d be able to get away from it all, but in today’s hyper connected age that was more difficult than she imagined... a queer story of rural living, conspiracies, an unfortunate medical procedure, and PC building.

You might know Bethany from her starring role in Cucumber, Banana, Tofu (Channel 4), as well as No Offence (Channel 4) and Doctor Who (BBC), for her win against The Beast on The Chase (ITV) or supporting Joe Lycett on his latest tour.

Bethany Black is a stalwart of the scene and can be seen performing up and down the country, as "one of the UK circuit's finest night-time raconteurs" (British Comedy Guide).
