The venues have now been confirmed for this year's British Comedian of the Year. This is the competition that offers a prize of £10,001 to the winner - a pound more than the Edinburgh Comedy Award prize for Best Show.
Last year's winner was rising star Dan Tiernan.
Heats will take place in 24 venues across the UK. The competition is pen to all acts (this is not a new act competition). The semi-finals will be in Liverpool (Hot Water), London (various) & Midlands (various) and the finla will be on Wednesday, November 28 at the Comedy Store in London.
Acts can now apply for the individual heats they'd be happy to compete in and the link with much more info is below. Initial deadline to enter is next Monday 26 June at 5pm.
