Brand New Tour For Russell Kane

Marriage Proposal At Russell Kane Gig – But Did He Say Yes?

Whirlwind, FitBit-breaking comedian, presenter, actor and author Russell Kane is out on the road again, setting it on fire with his unique recipe of livewire wit and physical antics.

The brand-new tour for 2024 and 2025 comes with a safety warning direct from Kane: wear strong underwear - pants will be spoiled. Russell is high-energy, high-octane, and hyper-active!

Fresh from his recent critically acclaimed tour (The Essex Variant), Russell is hitting the road again with his brand-new  highly anticipated show, HyperActive. Kicking off in Hemel Hempstead in January, the first spring leg of the HyperActive tour, by popular request, will see Russell perform in more intimate venues.  Tickets  are on sale now from www.russellkane.co.uk with autumn/winter 2024 and 2025 tickets for the larger venues and city shows on sale early next year.

Russell Kane has two chart-topping, award-bagging podcasts: BBC Radio 4’s Evil Genius and Man Baggage. He is a regular on Channel 4, BBC, and ITV: all the usual shows you see funny people on. He’s also a writer, actor, and presenter. He drinks lots of coffee and is ‘like that in real life’.

He was the first ever comedian to bag the two most prestigious comedy awards on earth in the same year, for the same show: The Dave's Edinburgh Comedy Awards (formerly The Perrier), and The Melbourne International Comedy Festival Award, (formerly known as the Barry Award). He’s also a raving bighead that likes listing his achievements.

Most recently Russell has been seen on our TV screens on Sky History with the televised version of his hit BBC Sounds podcast, Evil Genius.  All episodes are currently available to watch on demand.

No stranger to TV, Russell has been making regular appearances on Channel 4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch over the past two years. He also recently stared in the Channel 4 groundbreaking documentary, Celebrity Save Our Sperm. He is also known for  BBC3’s Stupid Man, Smart Phone, Dave’s Comedians Giving Lectures, ITV2’s Love Island: Aftersun, ITV2’s The Stand Up Sketch Show, BBC2’s Live At The Apollo,  BBC1’s Michael McIntyre’s Big Show and The Royal Variety Performance (ITV).

Russell is well known for his viral Facebook Kaneing videos.  For the past  five years, Russell's regular topical rant videos have garnered hundreds of thousands of views and constant media attention.

Russell has published two books: Son Of A Silverback in 2019 (Bantam Press) and The Humorist in 2012 (Simon and Schuster).

In 2024 Russell will also be releasing a brand new book Pets Selector! (Quarto Books).  A hilarious guide to all the usual and unusual personalities of household pets, when choosing your very own cat, dog, hamster, rabbit and more!

The eighth series of Evil Genius will be out in January 2024 on BBC Sounds.
