BAFTA-nominated show Late Night Lycett is returning to Channel 4 for a second series this Friday night, with a brand new feature, ‘Joe’s Hunderstudies’, and in-studio guests joining Joe Lycett including actor Danny Dyer, presenter Kate Garraway, TV chef, personality and musician Big Zuu.
This series sees Joe launch brand new recurring-feature ‘Joe’s Hunderstudies’. The live filming of Late Night Lycett means Joe can no longer attend a range of previously confirmed commitments. As such, ‘Joe’s Hunderstudies’ will see Joe enlist a mix of celebrities and VIPs go on his behalf, beginning with Celebrity Big Brother winner David Potts, who will be the VIP guest at Pangbourne Public Toilets from 9pm on Friday 12th April for the Grand Opening of the Gents’ loos, after local villagers transformed their local public toilets and genuinely invited Joe to come and open them. Viewers of Late Night Lycett will be able to watch David host the Grand Opening live during the show, and press and public are invited to attend the event in-person should they wish.
Situated on the banks of the Digbeth canals and filmed in front of a live audience, Late Night Lycett viewers can expect a night of mischief, mayhem and fun. Everyone is invited from celebrities, local heroes and Joe’s Aunties all joining the comedian for an hour of comedy, sketches and games in this unmissable late night entertainment show. The debut series was a huge success, with over a million viewers turning in each week to watch the live television madness ensue, with the show garnering two BAFTA nominations amongst other awards-recognition and critical acclaim.
Details for ‘Joe’s Hunderstudies @ Pangbourne Public Toilets: Arrivals for the Grand Opening of the Pangbourne Public Toilets are from 8.30pm, with coverage live on air from 10pm. Please note that anyone attending may feature on the live Channel 4 show.
