Tiny Piano Man debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe, where in 2008, he won the Edinburgh Comedy Award. This will be his first nationwide UK tour since 2023’s critically acclaimed whoa is me.
David has written several books, two plays and released four comedy albums. His most recent book for children, The Summer I Robbed a Bank, won Irish Children’s Book of the Year and has been adapted for the stage by his brother Mark. It debuts at The Everyman, Cork in June 2024.
Recent TV appearances for David include 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, The Great Celebrity Bake Off 2024 and his own Channel 4 series Along For the Ride with David O’Doherty.
