Liverpudlian stand-up comedian Chris McCausland is the host of a new Saturday morning chat and entertainment show on ITV1 for those that like a laugh over their breakfast baps. He has had some great guests on so far including Paul Whitehouse and Maisie Adam. This week (Saturday, July 13) he is joined by fellow comedian Neil Delamare, Countdown's Rachel Riley (both pictured with Chris) plus music from Sea Girls whose new album Midnight Butterflies is out now.

In the last few years McCausland has become one of the most familiar funny faces on television, appearing on shows including The Royal Variety Performance, Live at the Apollo, Have I Got News for You, Blankety Blank, Would I Lie to You? and QI. He has also fronted his own TV series, Wonders Of The World I Can’t See, and hosted his own radio show, You Heard It Here First. 

His previous tour Speaky Blinder was a massive hit and kept being extended and his latest show Yonks! will be back on the road from January. McCausland says that while his last show was more personal and talked about being blind and how it affects being a dad, this one is more wall-to-wall jokes: "This show has none of that really, this show is really quite daft. I've gone old school. It's about loads of funny stuff, everything from my hatred of Shakespeare to  my love of Schwarzenegger, from Jesus to doughnuts, and A.I. to turnips, it's a real bucket load of stuff and family life doesn't get a look in this time."
