Olivia Colman has reunited with David Mitchell and Robert Webb for a memorable sketch in their new C4 series, Mitchell and Webb Are Not Helping.

In the sketch Colman, who before she became an award-winning film star appeared with the duo in their previous sketch shows and most famously as Sophie in their sitcom Peep Show, plays the title role in a detective series entitled Lady Agatha Investigates. Viewers become hooked on the series but the makers soon realise that what viewers really want to see is not crimes being solved but steam filling the screen.

So firstly Lady Agatha covers Mitchell in clouds of hot water vapour as she pours an endless cup of tea. And then later she walks along in the garden on a frosty day with Robert Webb's character who pauses to urinate, producing clouds of steam rising up and distracting Lady Agatha.

At one point we are told by the makers even an explicit sex scene was of no interest to viewers until the performers were obscured by mist.
