Jody Kamali’s physical comedy show ‘Ironing Board Man’ is heading on a UK tour from 20th September 2025

Armed with nothing but Ironing boards and a  few household props, physical comedy chops, and a baffling commitment to the surreal, Fringe veteran Jody Kamali spins a touching, absurd, genre-smashing yarn set in the mythical city of Crease. Expect caped crusaders, devilish villains, and a soundtrack to match. This is superhero origin storytelling as you’ve never (and probably will never again) seen it.                  

Ironing Board Man features voice-overs from fringe favourite Arthur Smith, LBC’s James Hanson and National Theatre actors Oliver Senton and Sarah Thurston.
