Alan Carr's Picture Slam Returns

Alan Carr's Picture Slam Returns

Hot on the heels of his – spoiler alert – Celebrity Traitors win, Alan Carr returns to front a new series of Picture Slam.

The addictive, shout-at-the-telly quiz show – where a picture’s worth a thousand words and thousands of pounds – is back on BBC One at 5:45pm, airing just before Strictly Come Dancing.

In each round, the teams  will be presented with a board full of pictures, each picture from a different subject, they need to correctly identify them against the clock. If they clear a full board with correct answers for a ‘Picture Slam’ they’ll receive a cash bonus. Only the team who makes it to the final, in a challenging test of the breadth of their knowledge, will take home any of their banked cash and, if they can correctly name all the required pictures, they’ll take home the £10,000 jackpot.

Do you know your Victoria Beckham from your Victoria Sponge? whether you do or not you can play along at home.

Alan Carr was recently spotted out and about wearing a baseball cap but without his usual black-framed glasses and people didn't recognise him. Some wags have suggested that this master of deception and now master of disguise should be the new James Bond. Beyond the joke is not convinced...
