Have I Said Too Much? is Alan’s fifth UK solo tour. Previous sold-out tours include Tooth Fairy (2007), Spexy Beast (2011)Yap, Yap, Yap! (2015) and Regional Trinket (2021) – all of which went on to become top selling DVD releases and TV stand up specials.
Alan’s unique sense of humour and effortless stage presence have made him one of Britain’s most successful and treasured comedians.
With sixteen series of Channel 4’s Chatty Man under his belt, Alan has won a multitude of awards including two NTAs, two RTS Awards and a prestigious BAFTA in 2013.
Alan remains in high demand both as a host and guest across television. This year alone has seen him take on the winning role of a traitor in The Celebrity Traitors, serve as a judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, hosted the sixth series of Interior Design Masters, and will soon appear in the second series of Last One Laughing on Amazon Prime. Alan can also be seen in early 2026 in the new Channel 4 series Secret Genius alongside Suzi Dent, a new competition show to spotlight the country’s undiscovered brainboxes.
Alan stars in his autobiographical sitcom Changing Ends on ITV based on his early life growing up as the son of a football manager in Northampton during the 1980s. The show was a huge hit, receiving rave reviews, the recently launched third series is available now on ITVX, with a fourth series due to air in 2026.
In 2023 Alan turned his hand to property development with his friend Amanda Holden, transforming run-down properties in Amanda and Alan’s Italian Job and Amanda and Alan’s Spanish Job. The pair will soon return to our screens in January 2026 on BBC One in Amanda and Alan’s Big Greek Job.
Alan is the host of the BBC One smash-hit Saturday night gameshow Picture Slam, which returned for its third series this year, and has hosted and appeared on The Royal Variety Performance on numerous occasions. He also featured as a judge on the ITV musical competition Mamma Mia! I Have a Dream.
Alan can also be heard on his hit podcast Life’s A Beach, which has featured guests such as Norman Cook, Mariah Carey, Michael McIntyre, Louis Theroux, Michael Sheen, Damon Albarn, Michael Palin, Stephen Fry and Katherine Ryan. He recently also launched a new podcast about wine with his friend and fellow comedian Lee Peart called Bottoms Up!
As well as a star of stage and screen, Alan has also written two autobiographies – Look Who It Is! and Alanatomy.
