1Xtra’s Comedy Gala will deliver a night full of laughter provided by a line-up of established comedians on the Black comedy circuit and also some phenomenal up-and-coming names, all curated by I'm A Celebrity star Eddie Kadi, including (in alphabetical order):

- Annette Fagon
- Emmanuel Sonubi
- Junior Booker
- Kyrah Gray
- Leroy Brito
- Travis Jay
The show will also feature live music from Rampage Sound.
Tickets to the 18+ event start from £15, plus booking fee, and will be available to purchase from 10am on Friday 12 December from the Hackney Empire website.
The show will also be available on BBC iPlayer and BBC Sounds after the event.
Eddie Kadi says: “Hosting the last 1Xtra Comedy Gala was an absolute honour. I’ve always envisioned creating an event that truly celebrates the phenomenal Black British talent we have in the UK, and it surpassed all expectations. I’m so excited that we get to do it all again with a brand new line-up, back at the iconic Hackney Empire.”
