Episode seven of the brand-new Mock the Week on TLC sees Dara Ó Briain joined by series regular Rhys James alongside Ed Byrne, Hugh Dennis, Ellie Taylor, Alasdair Beckett-King, and Janine Harouni. This week the panel tackles topics including Keir Starmer and Donald Trump’s “special relationship”, Dara's astronaut ambitions, and Ellie Taylor's world-changing realisation that a DeLorean is, in fact, a real car.

Commenting on a photograph of Keir Starmer and Donald Trump on a car journey together Rhys observed - “It’s very rare that a passenger looks like they are made from higher quality leather than the seats they’re on”.

When an image of Kemi Badenoch in a DeLorean is put before the panelists, the car itself proves the bigger talking point, Ellie stopping everyone in their tracks with "Is a DeLorean a real car?"

During the round, If This Is The Question, What Is The Answer, the number 685,000 miles prompts a flurry of guesses. Rhys asks "Is it how far would David Walliams now have to swim to get my donation" Hugh wonders if the answer is "How close is Brooklyn Beckham to his family," while Ed suggests it could refer to Dara's head circumference.

While discussing the upcoming Artemis II mission - and becoming increasingly frustrated by the comedian's space related questions - Dara confesses “I would have loved to have been an astronaut” before admitting his height might have proved something of an obstacle.
