The People’s Comedy returns to Brixton’s Club Silly on March 27th, for its regular London night, platforming bold, alternative comedians.
After years of running fresh acts on stage in Bristol — and paying out tens of thousands to grassroots talent — the Brixton show brings out the most exciting acts on the circuit right now.
The full lineup this month includes:
- Kemah Bob (featured in The Guardian's Top 10 Comedy Shows of 2024)
- Chantel Nash (BBC New Comedy Awards finalist)
- Alex Bertulis-Fernandes (Winner: British Comedy Guide Pro Talent Awards for Performance, 2024)
- Ben Docs (3rd place in the Stand up for Cider 2025)
- Gary Walsh (Pride of London)
- Tasha Cluskey (Rising Star New Act Finalist 2023)
The evening will be hosted by MC Denis Len (regional finalist of the BBC New Comedy Awards and host of Your Internet Boyfriends podcast).
Stick around after the show, grab a drink, meet the comedians, and keep the energy going late into the night.

About The People’s Comedy:
Founded in Bristol in 2018, The People’s Comedy (TPC) was established as an alternative to the traditional comedy circuit, dedicated to platforming grassroots and underrepresented artists. More than a stand‑up night, TPC operates as a revolutionary comedy movement grounded in collectivism, social action, and intersectionality. Through its equal‑pay structure and commitment to working‑class performers, TPC provides a positive vehicle for change and a supportive space for emerging voices. TPC has been recognised nationally with multiple Chortle awards, including wins in 2025 for best comedy night and best comedy format.
