Comedian Harry Enfield has revealed how Beatles legend Paul McCartney once unexpectedly saw him naked.
Enfield was talking to Adam Buxton on his podcast and Buxton asked him about some of the memorable people he had met over the years. Enfield recalled an incident when he had met Paul McCartney – his second Beatles encounter as he had also been invited to a party by George Harrison in the 1990s
"Paul McCartney has seen me naked," he said. "I was in a gym that I go to sometimes. And it was a Sunday and there was no one else changing. I'd done the gym and I'd had a shower and I tossed my towel into the bit that you put the towel in. And then there was someone trying to get in the door. It was one of those ones that go, peep, peep, peep, if you get it wrong, you know, a fingerprint one."
So I went and opened it for them. And this was it. Oh, the door's been opened for me by a naked man. Oh, it's a naked Harry. How are you? You know, it's like, 'Oh, Hi.'"
