Netflix has commissioned a new six part comedy from the creator of Friday Night Dinner, Robert Popper. 

Marbles will star Robert Webb, Timothy Spall, Alexandra Roach, Denise Welch and Louise Brealey. 

It's a cross-generational comedy looking at the ups and downs of having old parents and young children at the same time.

Here is the blurb: "How do you stop your kids from hiding your keys in a bowl of milk, or sleeping in a cardboard box, while convincing your seventy-five-year-old father to move out of your bloody house? For Sam and Samantha, this is their life. It’s a glorious mess.
