Welsh stand-up Robin Morgan has announced a brand new UK tour for 2027.
Silly Goose is the latest stand-up show from the comedian (as seen on Mock The Week and Radio 4’s The News Quiz and host of the award-winning BBC Wales panel show What Just Happened?).
Robin is well into his mid-thirties. His group chats are full of dreadful conversations about pensions and house renovations. He injures himself on a weekly basis. The world is on fire. So it must be time to stop the silliness, right? Surely it’s now time for Robin to pull out his smartest show to date. Or… is it?
His two kids are fast growing up, so Robin’s been collecting some very important advice and memories that will surely help them in their teenage years.
This is another “hilarious and heartwarming” show from the “master of crowdwork” and “professional silly boy” - with more great gags, cheeky charm and even a story about being viciously attacked by a goose as a sixteen-year-old.
Robin has been all over the telly and radio in the past year, appearing on BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz, hosting his award-winning topical comedy panel show What Just Happened? and appearing, alongside his wife (nepotism!), on BBC One’s Back In The Day.
He presents a weekly programme on BBC Radio Wales (Sundays, 12-3pm) and co-hosts the smash hit political podcast For Wales, See Wales and ‘parenting’ podcast Speaking As A Mother.
He continues to write for TV shows, including The Last Leg and The Weakest Link, and has been supporting comedian friends/colleagues (delete as appropriate) Ellie Taylor, Rachel Parris and Russells Kane & Howard on their recent tours.
Silly Goose kicks off in Chester and finishes in Robin’s hometown of Cardiff. All dates here.
