BBC Radio has unveiled its Christmas comedy specials and Bridget Christie is one of the major highlights.
The award-winning comedian* will be fronting Bridget Christie’s Christmas List in which she enlists Father Christmas to bring about a feminist Christmas for 2015, "whether he wants to or not." Guests include Miles Jupp, Robin Ince, Jon Culshaw and Leo Wan. The one-off will go out on R4 on Christmas Eve at 6.15pm.
There will also be a new one-off Seasonal Special episode of Count Arthur Strong's Radio Show! In this episode, going out on R4 on Christmas Day at 11.30am, the sudden arrival of Christmas surprises Arthur. Could his lack of seasonal planning possibly see Arthur miss out on his turkey?

Paul Merton and Catherine Tate star in a remake of Spike Milligan's post-apocalyptic comedy The Bed Sitting Room. R4, Boxing Day, 2.30pm.
