Peter Serafinowicz is to star as a superhero.

According to reports coming out of America, the comedian/actor/voiceover genius is set to play the title role in The Tick. 

Amazon is to make a pilot based on the comic book character created in the 1980s by Ben Edlund.

It is not his first sci-fi role. He previously appeared in Guardians of the Galaxy. He has also been the voice of Darth Maul in Star Wars. But recently Serafinowicz has made the most headlines for his revoicing of Donald Trump's speeches, including doing the Republican Presidential hopeful as a Cockney.
