The line-ups have been announced for the 2016 Fringe Comedy Award Shows at the Lyric Theatre in London. Traditionally these shows have featured the Edinburgh Comedy Award nominees and while these shows do feature some nominees such as Best Newcomer Scott Gibson BTJ can't help noticing that there are also a number of performers including Sara Pascoe and Pappy's who did not actually actually perform in Edinburgh this year, giving the run more of a Greatest Fringe Hits flavour. Richard Gadd, who won this year's Edinburgh Comedy Award sponsored by lastminute.com is not in the line-up*.
