Tickets have gone on sale for the first batch of dates of Jon Richardson's 2017 tour. The dates currently start at the Melton Theatre in Leicestershire on February 16 and run until St Helier on June 3.

The tour is entitled The Old Man and to get into the late middle-aged spirit Richardson has donned a camel-coloured cardigan for the tour image. Since his last show Jon has become a husband and father, seen the UK vote to leave the EU and watched the rise of Donald Trump, all of which leaves him asking one question; Why does it seem that no one else alive can correctly load a dishwasher?

The next year is shaping up to be a busy one for Richardson. As well as more appearances as team captain on 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown he is also presenting a programme for C4 about confronting his fears. Details here.
