Comedian Jim Jefferies has been involved in a huge argument with Piers Morgan on American TV.

They were both guests on Real Time With Bill Maher when the subject of Trump and the Muslim ban inevitably came up. When Morgan defended Trump the Australian stand-up countered by saying:  “Oh, fuck off. This is what you do, Piers. You say ‘He hasn’t done this, he hasn’t done that, he’s not going to do all these things’. Give him a fucking chance mate – Hitler didn’t kill the Jews on the first day, he worked up to it.”

Morgan countered by saying “You’re losing your audience because you’re sounding unpleasant" to which Jefferies, who also gave Morgan the finger during the encounter, asked the audience: “Am I losing you?” and received a huge cheer.
