Newcastle comedian Gavin Webster has written and stars in a new self-financed sitcom, I've Got A Job For You Gav. Webster plays the titular Gav who in the pilot gets into a spot of bother after his Auntie Sylvia's funeral when he thinks he has identified the perpetrator of an armed robbery. In the series Webster is joined by a number of familiar faces from the north-eastern comedy scene. The cast includes Seymour Mace, Ben Crompton from Game Of Thrones, Matty Reed, Rob Rouse and Jackie Lye who was on Brush Strokes. It was filmed around Tyne and Wear.
