News: League Of Gentlemen Members To Appear At London Podcast Festival

Update: It'll be Reece Shearsmith & Steve Pemberton - it's sold out now but watch website in case more tickets are released.

The London Podcast Festival has announced some updates to its programme. Most notably Adam Buxton will be chatting with members of The League of Gentlemen in a very special live edition of The Adam Buxton Podcast on Sep 14. Details of who it will be exactly are still under wraps but no doubt they will be talking about their forthcoming new BBC shows and much more.

Elsewhere singer and actor Will Young and film maker Chris Sweeney will be in conversation with Adam Mattera (former editor of Attitude) about their new hit podcast Homo Sapiens.

Inspired by BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour, the series includes a series of celebrity guests discussing an eclectic range of LGBTQ+ subjects, topics include the representation of gay people on TV, being LGBTQ+ in the army, the relevance of Pride, living with HIV and much more.

Chris Warburton, Wisebuddah producer Mark Sandell, and BBC 5 live commissioners will be at the London Podcast Festival for an exclusive live recording of the series finale of Beyond Reasonable Doubt? – he most captivating real life true-crime story you have never heard of the famous novelist, a body at the bottom of the staircase, a series of extraordinary events and a court case that grabbed the attention of the world.

The London Podcast Festival is at Kings Place from September 13 - 17.
