RTS Futures has teamed up with the creators of Avalon’s hit UKTV comedy game show, Taskmaster, to offer the ultimate masterclass in bringing ideas to TV.

At the event, which will take place on Wednesday 8 November at the London Transport Museum, Alex Horne (creator, co-host & Executive Producer, Avalon), Andy Cartwright (Series Producer, Avalon), Andy Devonshire (Series Director and Executive Producer, Avalon) and Hilary Rosen (Deputy Director of Commissioning, Executive Producer UKTV), will reveal how Taskmaster went from a critically-acclaimed live show, devised by Alex, which ran at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2010 and 2011 to an RTS, BAFTA, Emmy, Broadcast and Broadcasting Press Guild nominated six-series television success story. Those attending will also get the chance to take part in a live Taskmaster challenge overseen by Alex himself.
