Alice Lowe, who directed and starred in the acclaimed film Prevenge, has made a new music video.

The co-star of Sightseers and Garth Marenghi's Dark Place worked with the band TOYDRUM for their new single ‘Void & Form (Trentemøller Remix)’, featuring Joel Wells on vocal.

The video features Games of Thrones star Kate Dickie "trapped in a neon nightmare which plays out over seven minutes of mind-melting lunacy," according to Little White Lies.

It is inspired by the ‘star gate sequence’ in Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey, with Dickie seeing her life flash before her.

Lowe told Little White Lies: “This track just bowled me over, so I really enjoyed being able to run riot with the images it conjured up....It was also great to coop Kate Dickie up in a box and watch her work some magic.”

Lowe's film Prevenge is on Film4 on October 31 at 10.40pm. Lowe is currently working on her new film, entitled Timestalker.
