Comedian Jason Manford married his girlfriend Lucy Dyke on Saturday.

According to The Sun the ceremony in Manchester was followed by a reception in a local curry house.

Manford did not post anything on Twitter about it, although on Christmas Day he did post: "What’s your Christmas afternoon board game of choice? We used to go Monopoly (but not in front of Dad cos he said it encouraged capitalism). This year we’ve decided on Cluedo. First question from my8 year old daughter “what’s murder?” Ahhh. Awkward. Happy Christmas everybody!" and also: "I’m rocking the Peppa Pig Pyjama bottoms today! I’m not getting dressed for three days! #MerryChristmas"
