Comedy Gavin Webster has set up a late night Saturday night audio show where comedians can tell everyone how their gigs have just gone. The fourth edition of The Comedy Results airs tonight at midnight via mixlr.
Newcastle-based Webster, who won UK Circuit Comedian in 2014, explains: "It’s basically a live podcast of me asking comics how their gigs went. Comics have been ringing in live and telling me. It’s been good fun. I just sit with a quarter bottle of whisky and read texts and messages out in between playing a few Comedy records and listening to live phone calls of mates telling all about their gigs."
Or as he puts it on his mixlr page: "How did your gig go? How did everyone else's gig go that was on with you? What were the big stories of the night? Any deaths? Any death threats? Great heckles? Great heckle put downs? Text, message or ring but above all listen. With me Gavin Webster (King of the service stations)"
