News: Lost Voice Guy Triumphs On Britain's Got Talent

Comedian Lost Voice Guy has wowed the judges on Britain's Got Talent.

The Newcastle comic, real name Lee Ridley, has cerebral palsy so speaks via a voice syntheriser.

His unique act quickly won everyone over: "I’m a struggling stand-up comedian who struggles to stand up...To be honest, I’m not sure how good I am, I’ll leave that for you to decide....but just so you know, if you don’t laugh at the disabled guy you’re going to hell."

David Walliams was particularly enthusiastic, saying it was "one of the best stand-up routines I've seen."

Ridley is currently working on a sitcom for Radio 4 entitled Ability, which looks at what happens when someone with cerebral palsy moves out from his parent's home and into his best friend's flat. It airs on 2, 9, 16 and 23 May.

He is taking his new comedy show - Inspiration Porn - to the Gilded Balloon at the Edinburgh Fringe this August. Tickets are on sale now here:
