Musical comedian Robert White has made it into the Britain's Got Talent final next weekend.
He joined fellow comedian Lost Voice Guy in the final, by winning the public vote in the third semi-final. White's musical routine recalled how he discovered that he was autistic and told his mum he way gay. White received a standing ovation on the show from the judges who particularly enjoyed his song in which he sent them up.
Social media also loved White. Dancer Ashley Banjo tweeted: "Robert White just stole the show tonight."
The judges were asked to pick between mentalist Marc Spelmann and singer Gruffydd Wyn Roberts for the second act to go through and Gruffydd was chosen.
Three more comedians are due to appear in the semi-finals in the next two days – Noel James, Micky P Kerr and Mandy Muden.
Meanwhile fellow finalist Lost Voice Guy, real name Lee Ridley, posted a picture of himself on Twitter with a bashed up, bloodied nose, but reassured his fans. He said: "It was only a trip. I’ll be match fit for the final on Sunday!"
Robert White is due to appear at the Edinburgh Fringe this summer with his new show, Robert White and his Particularly Silly Organ from August 8 - 10. Details here.
