Every episode of Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant’s celeb-packed Extras will be available to watch as box sets from June 8.

They will be joined by every episode of cult hit comedy The League of Gentlemen, including the critically acclaimed anniversary specials, and all three series and Christmas specials of Miranda. Also returning are all five series of Citizen Khan and all nine series of classic hangout comedy Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps.

All the series will be available to watch as box sets from June 8. The new additions will join a host of comedy box sets already available to watch, including Fleabag, This Country, Gavin and Stacey, The Young Offenders, and Famalam, all from BBC Three.

This week the BBC also made every episode of Doctor Who since the series returned in 2005 available to watch, and brought back previous series of hit drama Our Girl. With a busy summer of sports and live music ahead, plus great drama and a whole host of hilarious comedy box sets, BBC iPlayer will be a must-visit destination for viewers this summer.
