News: Book Tour For Adam Hills

Adam Hills is set to head out on a book tour this autumn as he tells selected stories from his autobiography Best Foot Forward - a collection of anecdotes, thoughts and tales of a life in comedy.

Eight dates have been announced between September and November 2018, with copies of the book available to purchase after the performance. Please see full listings and booking information below.

Best Foot Forward is Adam’s first foray into the literary world and takes us from his early days on the Sydney stand-up scene to hosting his own radio show, touring the world and eventually landing on British TV. Best Foot Forward is a story of a life in comedy and a lesson in following your heart, being positive and discovering that what makes you different also makes you unique.

Published by Hodder and Stoughton (UK) on 24th July 2018, the book swiftly became one of The Sunday Times Bestsellers and is available in hardback and as an e-book. Buy it here.

As host of the Broadcast and RTS award-winning Channel 4 series The Last Leg, Adam Hills has become one of the most popular comedians in the UK.  With 14 critically acclaimed series under their belts, Adam alongside co-hosts Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker, have been praised for their reaction and topical coverage of the weeks most harrowing of news stories, as well as their ability to open up the conversations surrounding disability through their coverage of the Paralympic Games and beyond.

The Last Leg will return to Channel 4 for it’s 15th series this autumn.

Back in his native Australia, Adam was also the host of the Australian hit show Spicks and Specks which ran for 277 episodes, as well as his own Australian talk show, Adam Hills Tonight.
