Seann Walsh is in danger of going out of Strictly. And he has been told to sort out his hair. He was also penalised for an "illegal chuck".
Luckily nobody is knocked out after the first show so he still has a chance to climb up the chart.
In the opening show Walsh and his partner Katya Jones danced the tango to SexyBack by Justin Timberlake. But at one point Walsh lifted Jones up and spun her around and was penalised for both her feet being off the floor.
Craig Revel Horwood gave the pair a score of three. Shirley Ballas said: "tidy yourself up a bit."
Bruno Tonioli called his move "throwing her with disregard".
Walsh and Jones scored a total of 18 and may live to dance again as Susannah Constantine scored 12 and Katie Piper scored 17. Vick Hope also scored 18. Red Dwarf's Danny John Jules scored 27.
