At a time when podcasts come and go it's good to see the Sitcom Geeks podcast reach the hundred episode milestone.

The podcast, presented by writers James Cary and Dave Cohen, is a comedy addict's delight and offers useful advice for anyone wanting to break into the perilous world of comedy writing. Recent episodes have discussed sitcoms from Fawlty Towers to Zapped.

The 100th episode will be recorded live at the Museum of Comedy in London on December 5 when the special guests will be Marcus Brigstocke and Sarah Morgan, who write the Radio 4 comedy The Wilsons Save the World, which has just been shortlisted for Best Original Series at the British Audio Drama Awards.

There will also be a quiz with prizes and an appearance from editors/founders of the British Comedy Guide Aaron Brown and Mark Boosey.
