Comedian Paul Sinha has been crowned British Quizzing Champion.
The stand-up comic is a regular quizzer, taking part in tournaments as a team member and also as a solo competitor. He is also know to fans of ITV general knowledge quiz The Chase at the white-suited Sinnerman.
Earlier this year Sinha revealed that he has been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. He had to cancel his Edinburgh Fringe run and said: "I have Parkinson's disease. I will fight this with every breath I have."
He announced his new achievement on Twitter: "After what has been a rollercoaster few months, I’m delighted to say that I’m the new British Quiz Champion. http://quizzing.com"
Sinha is performing at the Comedy Store in London on Monday, October 14, as part of the annual Shake With Laughter Parkinson's UK benefit alongside Rob Deering, Paul Mayhew-Archer, Laura Lexx and Alistair Barrie. Buy tickets here.
