Subscription video-on-demand platform Nextup is to release comedy specials from Joe Matarese, Mark Steel and Thenjiwe Moseley this month.
New Jersey born Joe Matarese is live at The Helium Comedy Club in Philadelphia in his second one hour Comedy Special entitled The Poster's Wrong - one for Rocky fans in particular.
Filmed in south London's Blackheath Halls, the writer and comic creator of the hugely popular BBC Radio 4 show Mark Steel's In Town brings us this recording from one of the stops on his UK tour. After researching the history, heritage and culture of his audience's home town, Mark Steel (pictured) performs a bespoke evening of clever, creative comedy for the local residents.
Ex-Lawyer Thenjiwe Moseley is well known for her YouTube skits and this special sees the Durban born comic bring her signature deadpan style of comedy to the London stage.
NextUp co-founder Sarah Henley says: "Our Autumn season launch has gone down really well with our members and we’re thrilled to add these three acts to our ever-expanding catalogue; there’s something for everyone in the mix this month! "
