The date has been revealed for the third series of acclaimed mockumentary This Country.

BBC Three will release the new series on Monday, February 17 at 7pm. Episodes will be released weekly rather than as a boxed set. The bad news is that this will be the final series. 

The date was announced at an exclusive public screening of two new episodes from the series at the BFI on the South Bank in London.

Creators and stars Daisy Cooper and Charlie Cooper were present at the screening and revealed some things about the new series that are currently strictly under wraps.

There is another special screening planned for Thursday January 23 at Bingham Hall in Cirencester, which is where the Coopers are from. There will also be a post-acreening Q&A there with sibling stars Daisy and Charlie, producer Simon Mayhew-Archer and director Tom George. Tickets for this event have all been allocated.
