News: You're Dead To Me History Podcast Returns

The history podcast for people who don’t like history… and those who do, hosted by Greg Jenner returns for another series with the first episode landing today.

You’re Dead To Me was the third most listened to podcast on BBC Sounds in 2020. The new 15 episode series continues to bring together the best names in comedy and history to learn and laugh about the past. 

The podcast will include topics on Ancient Babylonia, Grainne O’Malley, The Borgias, Ancient Greek Medicine, Ashanti Ghana, King James VI of Scotland and China’s Tang Dynasty, with five US history episodes due later in the series.

Agrippina the Younger is the subject of episode one which is now available on BBC Sounds. Greg is joined by returning guests, historian Dr Emma Southon and comedian Cariad Lloyd as they travel back to 1st-century Rome to meet the Roman empress.
