The results of the Comedy.co.uk Awards 2013 have been announced. The awards, now in their 8th year, are organised by The British Comedy Guide (www.comedy.co.uk), a website dedicated to the promotion and celebration of British comedy, which attracts more than half a million unique visitors each month.
The Comedy.co.uk Awards are notable as the results in each of the 11 key categories are entirely based on a public vote. Every TV and radio comedy from 2013 was nominated. A total of 346 programmes were eligible and there is no jury – the results are 100% based on an online fan vote.
