SECRET ARTISTS
Secret Artists was named one of the Evening Standard’s Best New Podcasts. It has since amassed an impressive and enthusiastic following, reaching over 70,000 downloads. It was recommended by podcast king, Adam Buxton, has frequently been recommended in the national press by such publications as The Guardian and iNews. The podcast was featured in The Art Newspaper’s Top Culture Podcasts, where it was described as “a hugely enjoyable podcast” where “philosophical nuggets emerge unexpectedly amid off-the-cuff conversations.” Annie has been joined by a wonderful selection of guests including: Nish Kumar, Lolly Adefope, Lou Sanders, Jenny Eclair, Phil Wang, Tom Allen, Joe Lycett and many others.
CONGRATS ON THE NEW
Each episode features a friend from the entertainment industry attempting to promote their new film, tv show, book, app or diet plan. The twist is, it’s made up. Steen will be asking questions on a completely invented project while his guests have to improvise answers as best as they can. Over 35,000 downloads later and it’s been the recommended podcast in iNews, Metro UK, RTE and many other places and Steen’s guest line-up has been eclectic and hilarious: Rhys Darby, Olivia Munn, Hamish Blake, Ronny Chieng, Susie Youssef et al.
GHASTLY WOMEN
Esther Manito (Best Show winner at Leicester Comedy Festival) and Lily Phillips (Stand Up Sketch Show, ITV), flawed women and good friends bring to light the ‘other’ side of the so called “weaker sex” and put some truly horrible women up with the big bad boys. Until we have women who are just as horrifying as some men, we will never get the respect/fear we deserve.. Gwyneth Paltrow is first up for debate in this funny, light-hearted podcast brought to life by the hosts’ natural rapport.
UP YOUR FOOTFALL - THE SHOPPING CENTRE PODCAST
Inspired by the other sitcom stars who have taken a nostalgic look back at the show that made them famous (think Office Ladies and Fake Doctors, Real Friends with Zach and Donald’), Stuart Laws & Matt Winning provide the rabid fans of their 2009 sitcom Shopping Centre with behind the scenes gossip, fresh insights into old episodes & rivalries as well as exclusive interviews with celebrity guest stars.
